Privacy notice

Last updated: July 31, 2026

At Mirari we work with teams and with people, so taking care of your data is part of the same care we bring to a workshop: clarity about what happens and why.

This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, what we use it for, and how you can control it. It follows Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

Who is responsible for your data

Maritriny Serrano Cuatláyol, an individual operating under the Mirari brand, is responsible for processing the personal data you share with us through this website.

  • Data controller: Maritriny Serrano Cuatláyol — Mirari
  • Address: 29 Poniente 112, Chula Vista, C.P. 72420, Puebla, Puebla, Mexico
  • Contact email: contacto@mirariconsultoria.com

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form. We do not request or collect sensitive personal data, nor financial or asset information.

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company or organization (optional)
  • Whatever you tell us in the open field of the form (optional)

What we use it for

We use your data to reply to your request, arrange a conversation with you, and send you the information you asked for about our services. Nothing else.

We do not use it for advertising, we do not add you to mailing lists or send you communications you did not ask for, and we do not build profiles from it.

Where it goes and for how long

This website has no database: what you write in the form travels encrypted and arrives directly as an email in Mirari's inbox. It is not stored on the site or in any other system of ours.

We keep that email for as long as the conversation is active and for as long as we need it to assist you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

For the website and the email to work, some technology providers are involved. They act as processors and only handle the information required to deliver their service:

  • Vercel — website hosting
  • Cloudflare — form delivery and email routing
  • Google — the inbox where we receive your message

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics tools or tracking pixels, and does not record your browsing.

Our infrastructure providers do log technical connection data — such as your IP address — for security and for the site to work. Mirari does not consult those logs or use them to identify you.

If you write to us on WhatsApp or social media

When you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram, or LinkedIn, that conversation happens inside those platforms and is also governed by their own privacy policies. We handle whatever you share there with the same criteria described in this notice.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to correct it if it is inaccurate, to have it deleted when you consider it is no longer needed, and to object to its use for specific purposes. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contacto@mirariconsultoria.com stating your name, what you are requesting, and a way for us to reply. We respond within twenty business days at most.

If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you may file a complaint with Mexico's National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI).

Changes to this notice

If we change the way we handle your data, we will update this notice on this same page and change the date in the header. We recommend reviewing it if you contact us again after some time.

Questions about your data?

Write to us and we'll reply directly. It's the same address for exercising any of your rights.
